What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Notes, categories, pins, favorites, reminders, and sorting preferences are intended to remain on your device and are not transmitted to WIELPOL servers.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only as part of normal network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data and does not use it for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and data sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties, sold, rented, or transferred for advertising purposes.

The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Google Play and other third-party platforms may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data from normal use of Pocket Pal: Note Jot. Because no personal data is collected by the Service Provider, there is no personal data retained on WIELPOL systems.

Any notes or preferences created in the Application are intended to remain locally on your device. WIELPOL does not maintain a server-side copy of your notes, note titles, categories, favorites, pinned states, reminders, or note history.

Data Deletion

Because the Service Provider does not collect or store personal data from normal app use, there is no account data or server-side personal data to delete from WIELPOL systems.

You can remove locally stored app content by deleting notes inside the Application, clearing local app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application from your device.

If you voluntarily contact WIELPOL by email or another external channel, you may request deletion of that communication by contacting support@wielpol.ink.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device and stops all app activity.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by WIELPOL through the Application.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure through WIELPOL systems is minimal. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a security incident ever involves information that you voluntarily provided to WIELPOL outside the Application, the Service Provider will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
